By enrolling a child or subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility and Authorization

To purchase a subscription or other products from Letters from Nonni™, you must be at least 18 years old.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are the account holder responsible for this purchase.
  • If you are not the child's parent, you must obtain authorization from the child's parent or legal guardian.
  • All information related to the child is collected solely from the account holder (the purchaser), who is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary authority to provide such information.
  • Letters from Nonni™ relies on the accuracy of the information provided by the account holder and does not verify the status of parental or legal guardianship.

Personalized Service

Letters from Nonni™ offers a unique subscription service that delivers personalized printed letters tailored specifically for each child, utilizing the information provided by the account holder at the time of purchase.

It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and suitable for personalization. This includes, but is not limited to, the child’s name and mailing address.

 

Subscription Terms

Letters from Nonni™ subscriptions grant access to a specified number of personalized letters, as detailed at the time of purchase.

  • Subscription specifics—including frequency, letter count, and any promotional offers such as Founding Member pricing—are clearly displayed on the product or checkout page and are integral to these Terms.
  • All memberships are for a 12-month period and end automatically at the end of that period. Members may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Memberships do not automatically renew.
  • Annual memberships are a one-time purchase that covers a 12-month period. Monthly memberships are billed monthly for the same 12-month membership period. Neither membership automatically renews.
  • Promotional offers, including the two-month free trial, are subject to the terms stated on the Membership Options page at the time of enrollment.

 

Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase, unless otherwise specified during checkout.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change; however, any changes will not affect subscriptions that have already been purchased.

By completing your order, you authorize Letters from Nonni™ to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes or fees presented at checkout.

 

Mail Delivery

Letters are prepared and dispatched on a monthly schedule, specifically during the last week of each month.

Please note that the cutoff date for orders is the 15th of each month. Any orders received after this date will be included in the following month’s mailing cycle.

Delivery dates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. Letters are sent via USPS, and delays may occur due to postal service interruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all mailing information is accurate and up-to-date before the cutoff date.

 

Modifications to Orders

Customers can request modifications to their order details, such as mailing addresses or personalization for children, by reaching out to Letters from Nonni at nonnisgardenclub@gmail.com prior to the monthly cutoff date (15th).

Requests for changes made after the cutoff date cannot be guaranteed and may only be applicable to future mailings.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of Letters from Nonni™, refunds are not possible once an order enters production.

Orders can be modified or canceled only before the monthly cutoff date (the 15th). After this date, orders are considered in production for that cycle.

Once a letter has been personalized or prepared for mailing, it cannot be refunded or canceled.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, halting future billing; however, completed or in-process subscription periods are not eligible for refunds.

All original content provided by Letters from Nonni™, including stories, crafts, recipes, nature facts, activities, original illustrations, designs, and other creative materials, is protected by copyright. Unless otherwise specified, this content is intended solely for personal, non-commercial family use.

Certain materials may be utilized under license or with permission from third parties. These materials remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their applicable copyright and licensing terms.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any original Letters from Nonni™ materials without obtaining prior written permission from us.
