Welcome to Letters from Nonni™! By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We’ve made every effort to keep these clear and straightforward so you know exactly what to expect from your membership.

Eligibility and Authorization

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a subscription or other products from Letters from Nonni™.

• By placing an order, you represent that you are the account holder responsible for the purchase.
• If you are not the child’s parent, you must get authorization from the child's parent or legal guardian.
• All child-related information is collected only from the account holder (the purchaser), who is responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority to provide such information.
• Letters from Nonni™ relies on the information provided by the account holder and does not verify parental or legal guardian status.

Personalized Service

Letters from Nonni™ is a personalized subscription service in which printed letters are created specifically for each child using the information provided by the account holder at the time of purchase.

The account holder is responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, complete, and appropriate for personalization, including but not limited to the child’s name and mailing address.

Subscription Terms

Letters from Nonni™ subscriptions provide access to a set number of personalized letters as described at the time of purchase.

Subscription details—including frequency, number of letters, and any promotional offers such as Founding Member pricing—are shown on the product or checkout page and are part of these Terms.

Subscriptions continue from one year of the date of the enrollment. New subscriptions may be made at that time.

Annual subscriptions are a one-time purchase covering a 12-month term and do not automatically renew unless explicitly.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but changes do not affect already purchased subscriptions.

You authorize Letters from Nonni™ to charge your selected payment method for your order, including any applicable taxes or fees shown at checkout.

Mail Delivery

Letters are prepared and mailed on a monthly production schedule and are sent during the last week of each month.

The monthly cutoff date is the 15th. Orders received after the 15th will be included in the following month’s mailing cycle.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Letters are mailed via USPS, and delays may occur due to postal service interruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and deliverable mailing information and updating it before the cutoff date.

Changes to Orders

Customers may request changes to order information, including mailing address or child personalization details, by contacting Letters from Nonni at nonnisgardenclub@gmail.com before the monthly cutoff date (15th).

Changes requested after the cutoff date cannot be guaranteed and may only apply to future mailings.
