Subscription Renewals

Monthly memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled before the next billing date.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next monthly renewal, please submit your cancellation request before your next scheduled billing date.

After cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made unless you choose to subscribe again.

Refund Policy

Because each month's letter and activities are carefully prepared and scheduled for our subscribers, monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once they have been processed.

If you believe you were charged in error or experience a billing problem, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation individually and make every reasonable effort to resolve billing issues fairly.
