Child (Recipient): The child designated by the Account Holder (Purchaser) to receive personalized letters, activities, educational content, and other materials provided through the Letters from Nonni™ service.
Services: The subscription-based delivery of personalized, age-appropriate letters, activities, educational content, and other child-focused materials provided by Letters from Nonni™.
Personal Information: Information that identifies or relates to an individual, including information voluntarily provided by the Account Holder to personalize and deliver the Services.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary to provide and personalize the Services.
- First and last name of the Account Holder
- Email address of the Account Holder
- Billing information (processed securely by our third-party payment provider)
- Child’s name (limited to first name only)
- Mailing address for delivery of letters
We also maintain information related to your subscription, purchases, and order history as necessary to provide our Services.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and personalize letters for the Child
- Process and fulfill orders and subscriptions
- Mail physical letters and related materials
- Manage subscription accounts, including renewals and order history
- Send order confirmations, receipts, and service-related communications
- Provide customer support
- Communicate with the Account Holder about their account or service updates
We use the child’s information only to personalize and deliver the Service and do not use it for advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We also do not share personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Letters from Nonni™ is a service designed for use by parents, grandparents, and other authorized adults.
Children do not create accounts, place orders, or submit personal information directly through our website.
All information about children is provided solely by an adult who is responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate permission to do so.
We intentionally limit the personal information collected about child recipients to only what is necessary to provide and personalize our services.
If we learn that a child’s information was submitted without proper authorization, we will delete that information and may cancel the associated subscription.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our website, process payments, and fulfill customer orders. Website Hosting

Payment Processing
We use Stripe to securely process online payments. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

Order Fulfillment Assistance
